Frank Filipetti

Frank Filipetti is a world-renowned producer, engineer and mixer who was one of the first music professionals to embrace digital audio. His credits include projects for Foreigner, Kiss, Carly Simon, The Bangles, Rod Stewart, Luciano Pavarotti and Korn. Additionally his work on James Taylor’s Hour glass recording garnered Frank GRAMMY Awards for both Best Pop Album producer and Best Engineered Album (Non-Classical).

However Frank is perhaps best known for his recordings of live music performances and Broadway cast albums which have received numerous accolades, including Elton John & Tim Rice’s Aida;Wicked; and Monty Python’s Spamalot (all of which won the GRAMMY for Best Musical Show Album); as well as The Book of Mormon and The Color Purple(which won GRAMMYs for Best Musical Theater Album).
